Our current packages are for those who have completed their planning (or plan to do so) and are looking for a Day-Of Coordinator to execute your vision. These packages will allow you to relax and be a guest at your own wedding or event!

*All DIY, personal residence, and table and chair set-up for events, require a minimum of 2 planners.
* All packages include borrowing any of our Wedding Decorations (see "Decor" page) for your special day.

30 Days Prior to Wedding:
1-2 consultation meetings (initial, & venue walk through typically within one to two months of the wedding day to confirm progress & vision)
Ongoing and unlimited communication with your planner via email, phone and text
Includes our Wedding Decorations (see "Decor" page) of your choice at no additional cost to you

Wedding Week
Up to 1 hour rehearsal coordination
Confirmation and delivery of timeline with all vendors
Wedding Day
Up to 9 hour day-of coordination
Decorating of your ceremony and reception to make your day exactly as pictured (including, but not limited to, overseeing table set up, placement of seating cards, centerpieces, favor table or favors set out, decoration of gift table, cake table, & head table)
Delivery and explanation of timeline to bridal party at rehearsal
Distribute bouquets and corsages to bridal party and family members.
Greet wedding vendors and be point of contact the day of your wedding so no one is bothering you
Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors
Retain the marriage license for officiant
Greeting and directing family and friends to ceremony area, cocktail hour, and reception
Lining up and cueing wedding party for processional
Provide bride and groom with water/drinks following ceremony
Cue Best Man, Maid of Honor, and Parents when they are about to give toasts
Assist bridal party and family for photographs
Clean up of the reception and all personal items (centerpieces, cake server, toasting glasses, gifts, etc.)
Assist with handling and providing solutions to any family drama or "surprises" that may arise the day of
Essential wedding day emergency kit
Travel included up to 25 miles, $.58 per mile thereafter
No hidden fees
* For liability reasons, our Coordinators cannot serve food or drinks to guests, bus tables, hang any decorations that require a ladder or move anything that is heavy enough to require machinery.
